Primarily focused on overall company management and marketing, sales, customer service, and with an extensive knowledge of US Postal rates and shipping requirements, marketing and support services, Ray delivers accurate answers to complex questions and creates budgets, provides critical insights and operational details to save you time and money. With years of service at Wolff/SMG, Ray has provided marketing and support services to an array of businesses and not-for-profits, executing programs from rebate/sweeps to premium fulfillment, in-store merchandising and mall events to product introductions, on-line initiatives and call center/customer service platforms—all with an eye on best practices to bring a project in on time and on budget. Ray has the hands-on experience and perspective to prepare and execute plans that support client goals … all with a smile and ‘can do’ attitude that comes with a great team to ‘Make it Happen.’
Senior Vice President Administration/Operations
For overall supervision of Finance/Operations/Administration, Kathy is the ‘go-to’ person. With years of hands-on experience in this business and a passion for efficiency and productivity, Kathy provides the pinpoint accurate reporting, reconciliations and analysis of the information that’s needed—when it’s needed. Clients depend on Kathy and her staff for prompt, dependable answers to operational questions.
Call Center Director
As Call Center Director, Kelly is responsible for keeping Wolff/SMG running—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As a hands-on director, she works closely with our clients to ensure their business needs are met; her focus day-in and day-out is on assuring excellence in handling calls, managing staff, providing updates/reports to clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations. With her 20+ years of management experience in call center environments, and Six Sigma training and certification under her belt, Kelly makes sure our call center is shipshape.
Sales Service Director
Melissa joined Wolff/SMG in 2009 and has been providing our customers with excellent service ever since. Her passion for client support dates back to her high school years, and is what inspired her to major in Business. She’s the go-to for clients and our sales team alike. Responsible for a bit of everything—client acquisition, satisfaction and retention; reporting; file processing; special projects and more—Melissa prides herself on her quick response to any and all questions or concerns. Her unwavering belief that the client always comes first means that, at Wolff/SMG, the client always does come first.
